  APARTMENT ATHLETE Effective At-Home Cardio/Core Workout with No Equipment Needed!      Looking to boost your fitness without leaving your home or buying any equipment? This quick 30-minute at-home cardio and core workout is designed to get your heart racing, burn calories, and build endurance—no gym needed! Let's Begin! For the first 5 minutes, we're going to stretch to make sure we're ready to go and injury-free! We're going to start by sitting down, legs out in front, and touching your toes or stretching as far as you can. This is going to stretch the hamstring. Perform for one minute. Next, squat all the way down as far as you can, and push one leg out at a time as far as it goes. This will stretch the abductors, and the squat position stretches your quadriceps.
