For the first 5 minutes, we're going to stretch to make sure we're ready to go and injury-free! We're going to start by sitting down, legs out in front, and touching your toes or stretching as far as you can. This is going to stretch the hamstring. Perform for one minute. Next, squat all the way down as far as you can, and push one leg out at a time as far as it goes. This will stretch the abductors, and the squat position stretches your quadriceps.
